At Upperclass Fashions, we stand behind the quality of our luxury apparel and offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
